West Des Moines, IA:  VisionBank has developed a new checking account program called VisionPerks.  This new product combines the benefits of a “FREE Checking Account” and a credit card rewards program.  Customers can earn points for spending with their VisionBank debit card or credit card, but can also earn points for account balances, loans, and other banking activities such as referring customers to the bank.
