My BackgroundI grew up in Rockwell City, Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University. I have been a mortgage lender in Boone for over 35 years and have worked in 3 banks. I was one of the original founders of Community Bank of Boone in 1999.
My Position and Job RequirementsAs VP - Mortgage and Consumer Lender in Boone, I primarily help people purchase home and refinance existing loans. I also do pre-qualifications for new borrowers to purchase a home. In addition, I also do some home equity loan financing. My ApproachI take care of my mortgage clients by working to make the lending process easy and understandable.
