My BackgroundI grew up on a farm outside of Le Mars in Northwest Iowa. After graduating from Le Mars Community High School, I attended Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa, where I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2008. I started my banking career in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative in Sioux City Iowa. In August of 2010, I moved to Central Iowa where I held the position of an Assistant Customer Service Manager in Ames and Customer Service Manager in Boone. In July of 2012, I joined the VisionBank family My Position and Job RequirementsAs Assistant Vice President-Office Manager I manage our West Ames location at the corner of South Dakota and Mortensen. As the Office Manger, I oversee our wonderful and friendly staff at our West Ames branch. I work on expanding and building relationship through business and consumer development to current and future customers. My ApproachMy banking philosophy can be summed up in two words: relationships and service. I develop relationships by getting to know people on a first name basis and helping them discover the best banking products and services to address their financial needs. Customer service to me is delivering the customer’s wants and needs to ensure they have the best banking experience. |
