My Background

I grew up, and continue to live in, Stratford, Iowa. After graduating from Stratford High School, I attended La'James College of Hairstyling in Fort Dodge. I went on to work in several salons, and finally owned and operated my own salon for 15 years. I have been in banking since 1999 and have worked as a teller, in the operations department and finally as Office Manager.   

My Position and Job Requirements

I manage the Story Street office in Boone with various duties including tellering, cash handling and personal banking. I also handle customer service questions, comments and concerns as well as overseeing the office and 3 staff members.

My Approach
