My Background

I grew up in a small town in Rock Port, Missouri, about 20 miles south of Shenandoah, Iowa.  I attended Iowa State University with a double major in Finance and Economics and also attended Graduate School of Banking at University of Wisconsin in Madison. 

I have been in banking for 30 years and I started at VisionBank in October 2012.

My Position and Job Requirements

As Market President, I am responsible for all aspects of deposits and lending activity, as well as directing business development, staff development, customer satisfaction, community leadership, promoting corporate culture, goals, and objectives within the Boone County market.

My Approach

I love what I do, which is helping farmers and business owners succeed.  I enjoy finding innovative ways to structure a client’s credit needs in a way that matches their normal business cycle.
